My name is Annabel. Clear Mind Therapy is my practice. I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Counsellor working nationally with clients from across the UK and Ireland.
I offer one-to-one therapy sessions face-to-face at my practice, and online via Skype, WhatsApp and email. I also offer Counselling and Psychotherapy via Employee Assistance Programmes.
As an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, I follow their ethical guidelines for maintaining competent ethical practice.

I have worked for many years with charities such as Samaritans and CASY (Counselling and Support for Adults and Young People). In 2017 I started my own private practice; Clear Mind Therapy, where I work with a range of clients who come to me with varying issues. Together we work towards achieving their individual goals for a happier, more fulfilling future.
